Keep the entrance working
For a small building project, deliveries and contractor vehicles may compete for the same approach. Show where the toilet can sit without becoming the first item that must move when work starts. Include the hours a gate or business entrance can be used.
A standard cabin with separate handwashing may be a useful starting discussion. If the facilities serve visitors as well as workers, explain their access needs and the busiest period.
For an organised outdoor activity
The Volusia park directory identifies Robert Strickland Park in Holly Hill. A listing is a way to find the relevant operator, not permission to install rental equipment. Confirm the facility booking, placement and supplier access with that operator before treating a proposed layout as settled.
Make the hire easy to hand over
Provide a site contact who can answer positioning questions. Discuss cleaning access for a longer hire and collection after the activity ends. If another contractor changes the layout, update the rental provider rather than leaving the original instructions in place.
