Plan around phases, not a fixed headcount
An early site-preparation crew may be followed by framing trades, installers and finish contractors. Give us the expected overlap and the hours people will be on site. If the programme is uncertain, identify who can request a change and how much notice the rental arrangement requires.
On an occupied-property renovation, explain which indoor facilities remain accessible to workers. Do not assume a homeowner, tenant or neighbouring business will provide access unless that arrangement has been agreed.
Protect the working approach
Show the gate, turning area and proposed cabin position on a simple site sketch. Keep toilets outside lifting zones and away from places where deliveries or parked equipment will block the service route. Share gate codes privately with the confirmed provider, not in a public site description.
Make cleaning and collection part of the schedule
Discuss the service frequency, supplies, site contact and access hours before accepting a quote. Report a change in crew size rather than waiting for facilities to become overused. Before collection, clear materials from the approach and check whether temporary fencing or a locked gate has changed the exit route.
