Keep the servicing route usable
A cabin placed beside an empty work area may become hard to reach once materials, fencing or temporary structures arrive. Choose a position that works through the expected project phases. Give the provider a reliable site contact for access questions.
Review usage when the work changes
An increase in trades, a longer shift or a new public-facing activity can change demand. Tell us about those changes so quantity and service frequency can be reconsidered. Do not assume the original arrangement will remain suitable for every stage of a lengthy hire.
Discuss supplies, cleaning visits and what is expected of the site between visits. Keep a record of agreed arrangements so a change in site supervision does not leave the next person guessing.
Avoid an uncertain finish date
Ask how extensions, relocations and final collection are requested. Moving a cabin yourself can create damage or access problems, so confirm the correct procedure before changing its position. When work is nearly finished, clear the collection route and agree the last date facilities are still needed.
