Check the path between seating, refreshments and the proposed restroom position. Consider mobility needs, lighting and any change in surface. Avoid treating a distant unused corner as the automatic solution simply because equipment fits there.
Review the property’s access conditions
Ask who can approve the location and when supplier vehicles may enter. If the gathering uses managed outdoor space, confirm what is included in the reservation. A rental enquiry does not replace permission from the person responsible for the land.
Tell us about attendance peaks and the event length. Standard cabins, upgraded units and trailers should be compared with the available space and the desired guest experience, not chosen from appearance alone.
Make washing and upkeep visible
Include handwashing in the layout and ask who checks supplies while guests are present. Give a contact for setup questions and agree the pickup window. The available equipment and service arrangement must be confirmed for the particular request.
