Outline the main phases
Tell us about early preparation, the busiest trade overlap and the likely finish. Include the length of shifts and any indoor restroom arrangement. This gives a better basis for discussing equipment than a single crew estimate detached from the schedule.
Reserve a serviceable footprint
Choose ground that remains stable and accessible after deliveries, fencing or landscaping work. Do not position units where the next phase will require an unplanned move. Share a simple sketch when the entrance and installation area are not obvious.
Standard toilets, washing and accessible equipment should be considered as parts of the same site layout. An upgraded cabin does not compensate for an obstructed pedestrian route.
Agree how changes are requested
Identify who may request an extension, additional servicing or more units. Ask about the procedure before moving equipment yourself. As work finishes, check the needs of the remaining trades and confirm collection only when temporary facilities are no longer required.
