If you need waste containers, temporary fencing or other site support, describe the purpose, dates and location of each item. Do not assume that selecting a restroom category automatically includes additional equipment. Availability and scope need to be confirmed separately.
Coordinate the layout before deliveries
A fence line, waste collection area or temporary access route can affect where toilets fit and how they are serviced. Mark these items on a common layout. Keep the public or crew approach clear and avoid using the restroom service area for unrelated storage.
Agree responsibility for separate services
Different parts of a site may have different delivery windows, collection arrangements and contacts. Ask what is included in each proposal and who handles changes. Keep a single site coordinator informed even when the equipment discussions are separate.
