Separate event hours from rental access
The hours of a party or repair do not always match the available delivery window. A venue may require earlier setup, while collection may need to wait until other equipment has left. Share both the activity schedule and the permitted access times.
Select for the occasion and the ground
A single cabin for a home project has different requirements from a group of units at an outdoor gathering. Explain attendance, indoor restroom access, washing needs and whether an accessible unit is required. Identify a stable placement area that remains reachable after the activity ends.
For a private property, agree the position with the owner rather than assuming equipment can be left beside the driveway. Consider vehicle movements, guests and any gate that will be locked after the event.
Confirm the end of the hire
Ask how pickup is scheduled and what to do if the job or gathering changes. Weather, venue restrictions or unfinished work can alter the original plan. A quote enquiry is not a guaranteed booking; obtain confirmation of the equipment, dates and collection arrangement before relying on the rental.
