Do not assume indoor facilities are available
Ask the property contact which restrooms workers can use and during what hours. If a rental is needed, estimate the busiest crew overlap and explain the project phases. A small initial team may not represent the demand later in the job.
Use the available space deliberately
Place equipment where it will not obstruct an entrance, walkway or essential parking access. Keep a stable route for people and a workable approach for servicing. Mark areas that may later hold materials, waste containers or temporary fencing.
Discuss handwashing as a separate requirement. If visitors will share the setup, include accessibility and the way they reach the facilities rather than planning only around contractors.
Keep the instructions current
Give us the dates, address and person responsible for site access. If the work extends or the position needs to change, coordinate that request before moving equipment. Clear the pickup route when the rental is ready to end.
