Specify washing rather than assuming it is included
A sanitiser dispenser and a water-based handwashing station are different items. Explain what your organiser, worksite or activity requires and ask which equipment is available. If food preparation is involved, confirm the relevant arrangement with the operator responsible for that activity.
Place stations where people will use them
Keep washing easy to find when people leave the toilet area, without obstructing doors or pedestrian circulation. Consider children, mobility needs and the surface around the station. Describe whether the setup serves one small work area or several separated groups.
For a gathering, note when visitors are likely to wash at the same time. Peak use can matter more than a simple daily attendance estimate. Ask about the capacity and operation of the proposed model rather than assuming every station is identical.
Agree who checks the supplies
Clarify the arrangements for water, soap, drying supplies and wastewater. Someone needs to notice when supplies are low between scheduled visits. Include the rental dates and the location of the station in your enquiry so servicing can be discussed as part of the complete restroom setup.
