Start with the busiest part of the day
A small renovation crew and a public gathering place very different demands on the same cabin. Tell us how many people may be present at once, the length of their visit and whether an indoor restroom remains available. Those details are more useful than the total project headcount alone.
Explain whether workers stay through lunch or guests arrive in a short interval. Concentrated use can affect the number of units and the cleaning arrangement, even when the overall attendance looks modest.
Leave room to reach and service the cabin
Identify firm, level placement away from moving vehicles and material storage. The approach must work for both users and servicing equipment throughout the rental. A location that is accessible on delivery day can become blocked when the next building phase begins.
Finish the setup with washing and access
Ask what supplies and servicing are included in the proposed rental. A standard toilet does not automatically provide a separate handwashing station or a wheelchair-accessible route. Discuss those needs explicitly so they are considered together rather than added after the equipment arrives.
