Describe simultaneous use
For a jobsite, identify the busiest shift and overlapping trades. For an event, explain how many guests may be present together and whether breaks happen at the same time. A total number of visitors across several days can hide a short, intense peak.
Add time and existing facilities
Include the duration of use, access to permanent restrooms and any separated activity areas. Consider accessible facilities, handwashing and the expectations of the property operator. These are parts of the setup, not substitutes for adequate toilet capacity.
Discuss servicing with the quantity
A longer rental needs a cleaning and supplies arrangement suited to its use. Ask how changes in attendance or crew numbers should be handled. Keep the selected units reachable for service rather than fitting more equipment into an inaccessible corner.
Send your working estimates even if every detail is not final. Explain what may change and obtain a confirmed proposal before relying on the rental for your event or project.
