Describe the pattern across the season
A facility used at weekends has a different rhythm from a daily work area. Tell us when the site opens, the approximate number of users and any scheduled peaks. Include setup days and the period needed for close-down after the public activity finishes.
Keep a consistent placement and contact
Select a position that remains accessible even when parking, temporary stalls or other equipment are added. Make sure the provider can reach the unit for agreed service visits. Nominate someone who can report low supplies or a change in use between those visits.
If the activity takes place on managed land, ask the operator about placement and access arrangements for the whole season. An earlier event booking should not be assumed to cover a longer installation.
Review the plan before the next busy period
Discuss whether additional units, washing or accessible facilities are needed for special dates. Confirm how extensions and early collection are handled if the season changes. Keep weather and site-closure decisions with the responsible operator, then communicate their effect on equipment access to the rental provider.
