Choose features that solve a real need
Different suppliers use deluxe to describe different combinations of equipment. Ask whether the proposed cabin includes a flushing arrangement, internal washing, lighting or other features that are important to your guests. Do not infer specifications from the word deluxe alone.
Compare a cabin with a trailer
A deluxe cabin may be suitable where the footprint or site access does not support a trailer. A trailer may offer a different interior experience but can require additional space and utility planning. Describe the site constraints before making a final selection.
Consider who will use the facilities and how quickly guests may arrive. Upgrading the finish of a cabin does not remove the need to plan enough capacity or provide accessible facilities where needed.
Keep the presentation practical
Choose a visible but considerate position with an unobstructed route from the gathering. Discuss the delivery window, supplies and upkeep during the event. If the venue has setup or collection restrictions, share them early so the proposed rental can be checked against the actual schedule.
