Describe the usable area, not just the property
A property may be large while its entrance or turning space is restricted. Tell us about gate width, overhead clearance, slopes and the intended position. Trailer steps and any access equipment also need space beyond the body of the trailer.
Confirm utilities for the proposed model
Power and water requirements depend on the equipment offered. Ask what connections are needed, what the site must supply and whether any alternatives are available. Never assume a nearby outlet, hose or generator will be suitable without checking the specifications.
If guests need step-free access, raise that at the start of the discussion. An attractive trailer with exterior steps is not automatically an accessible solution. The surrounding approach must be considered with the equipment.
Coordinate arrival and handover
Match delivery, setup and collection to venue access hours and other suppliers. Describe expected attendance, event duration and peak breaks so capacity can be reviewed. Ask who is responsible for supplies and operational checks during the hire, and how to request help if something changes.
