Check what the venue actually provides
Ask which permanent restrooms are available during the full booking period, including setup and the final departure of guests. A venue with indoor facilities may still need additional capacity or a different arrangement for a remote outdoor area.
Balance presentation with practical access
Consider the route guests will take after dark, the surface underfoot and the distance from the main gathering. Do not position facilities where queues interfere with catering or the entrance. Ask about accessible equipment and the approach required for it.
A deluxe cabin and a restroom trailer offer different options. Trailer selection should follow a check of access space and utility requirements, not just an interior photograph. Confirm the actual model and features before agreeing the rental.
Make one person responsible for coordination
Share the delivery and collection windows with the venue contact or planner. Include guest numbers, the time between ceremony and reception, and any restrictions on supplier vehicles. Identify who can answer setup questions on the day so the couple does not become the only point of contact.
