Explain what you need the rental to do
Tell us whether the facilities are for visitors, people staying on the property or a temporary activity away from their vehicles. Include the length of the gathering and whether permanent toilets are available. If your request concerns an RV tank, say so clearly rather than assuming that service is included.
Choose a position that vehicles will not block
A gathering can change shape as campers arrive and awnings or seating are set out. Leave a stable pedestrian approach and keep the servicing route clear. Discuss washing and accessible facilities alongside the toilet quantity.
Ask the property operator which areas may be used and whether supplier vehicles can enter during the gathering. A site reservation or parking arrangement does not automatically approve an additional temporary installation.
Plan supplies and the final departure
For an extended stay, agree how servicing and consumables will be handled. Coordinate pickup with the last day people need the facilities and the time the site must be clear. Confirm the available equipment and the exact scope of the rental before treating your enquiry as a booking.
